How do I return an item?
All made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
All other items, with the exception of Deborah Ehrlich glassware or Hurricane Lanterns, in original condition (including any custom packaging) may be returned within two weeks for a store credit less shipping expenses.
Please include the packing slip with your items and a brief explanation for the return.
