{ABOUT US} Artware Editions specializes in collaborating with artists to produce design objects.  These objects can vary greatly in medium and have only two criterion: utility, and a strong visual and conceptual connection to the artists' larger bodies of work.  Founded by contemporary art dealers Rebecca Kong and Jon Tomlinson, Artware Editions is the only gallery dedicated solely to this theme. Examples include a custom fragrance with Kiki Smith (in production); a Rococo-style mantel clock by Kehinde Wiley (in production); an acrylic console table by Markus Linnenbrink; an entry bench by Helen Mirra; juice glasses by Roy McMakin; or silver cutlery by John Gerrard (in production).   We also proudly show a carefully curated selection of the best artist-designed functional pieces from around the world, including furniture by Donald Judd; porcelain works by Cindy Sherman, John Chamberlain or Roy Lichtenstein; wallpaper by Fred Tomaselli or Douglas Gordon; and beach towels by Jeff Koons or Ed Ruscha. Artware Editions is pleased to also offer the complete selection of Yves Klein's seminal pigment or gold-leaf filled plexiglass tables for which we work with the artist's estate directly.
